The Three Sisters as a linoprint

Linocutting is a very therapeutic activity. It takes patience to carve the image out of the block and sometimes it can be confusing as images have to be carved in reverse. Each of these prints had to be completed in stages. The coloured background was printed in 3 stages, with the black being the final fourth stage. It took a week to produce a handfull of prints but it was worth it! Hand printing is had work though!
